​About once a week, usually on a Thursday evening, I guide an online meditation. The meditation typically takes about 20 minutes, followed by a short reading of a text that I’m currently working on or am inspired by at the moment.
Below you can listen back to the recordings of previous meditations. You are very welcome to join the meditation group. It’s free, with the possibility of a voluntary contribution.
